Shopping at puroboho.com is quite simple. You just have to follow these steps:
1. Choose the product you wish to buy.

3. Select an item and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or process order.
4. If you want to process your order you have the option to do so by signing or checkout without registration.

6. Confirm your order.
7. You receive an email confirming your order.

In which countries can you buy online?

You can buy online from anywhere in the world. You simply have to consider shipping costs and the possibility of having to pay customs charges and import tariffs.

Do I need to create an account to shop at your online store?

No, but creating an account will allow you to order without having to fill all your dataevery time you shop with us, and give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters and exclusive discounts and special offers. You can register before buying, or you can start buying directly open the account when you have already chosen your items, at your convenience. Follow the simple steps on screen and remember to have at hand the data for payment and shipping.

How I can modify data in my account?

Once you’ve registered, you can enter “My account” whenever you want. From here, you can change your password, email address and shipping information.

If you do not want to be informed about our offers and promotions, our emails contain the “unsubscribe” link or you can also do so by contacting us via email at info@puroboho.com.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the log-in. You will receive an email with your new password.

Shipping PuroBoho

How long does it take my order to reach me?

Shipments to mainland Spain are delivered within a maximum period of 7 working days. Note that deliver times for the Balearic Islands are about 48 hours more than in the rest of the Peninsula and the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have special regimes. The express shipments in the peninsula will be 24 to 48 hours maximum. No shipping chares apply if your order exceeds €50 (within the peninsula only).Your order will be shipped via private courier or FedEx Tipsa in most cases. Your order will be delivered anytime between 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays).

What are the approximate shipping charges?

Standard shipping costs 3.95 EUR. (Free for orders for more than 50 EUR)
Express shipping costs are 5.95 EUR. (For the Peninsula)

Do I have to pay customs and import tariffs?

In countries inside the European Union, you will not have to pay any taxes or import tariffs. In non-members of the European Union or countries / regions with a special tax regime, it is dependant on the country. Any tax or import duty is charged once the package reaches its destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we can not tell what the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We suggest that in case of doubt you contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering, so you won’t be surprised by unexpected charges. In member countries of the EU tax area you will not have to pay any customs: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

What is the delivery process for home or workplace?

If you have chosen home delivery or in your workplace, we’ll send you an email with confirmation of shipping (when your order will leave the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company ) and finally the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of your order.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, through “My Account” you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the link “Order information” in the confirmation email to follow up.

Can I delete an item from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can remove items you do not always want as you have not yet processed the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its condition allows. Please note that our system is synchronized with the computer system of the courier company. At the time a purchase is validated, it automatically notifies the courier company to proceed to collect the product sold. Therefore please contact us as soon as possible pedidos@puroboho.com.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

We always check the status of our products before they are shipped. However, if case you get a product in a faulty condition contact us pedidos@puroboho.com.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item you did not order contact us via email at pedidos@puroboho.com.

I have not received all items in my cart. What do I do?

Check your email to see if we have sent an email informing you that one of the items in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item and shipping of your order via the same method of payment used in the purchase.
If you have not received any email, please contact us pedidos@puroboho.com and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

I have not received my order. What do I do?

If you have not received your purchase and the delivery deadline has already, check your email as you’ve probably received an email from us informing you that the order has left our warehouse. If after this deadline you still have’t received the items from yourpurchase, please contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com.
Note that in period of sales and promotions, the delivery may be take a little longer.

How I can make sure I made my purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive, please contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com.

Do you restock articles marked “out of stock”?

If an item is out of stock, we try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we would withdraw it from the web.

Do I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, but keep in mind that most of our products are made with traditional processes where there might be a slight difference in the finish.

Payment Information

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have Paypal to pay for your purchase at PuroBoho. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to pay, and you can always do it with your credit card.

Purchase limit

For security reasons, can not make purchases over 1,500 € and more than 40 articles.

Why can my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • You may have been reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank to make sure your card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

Can I get an invoice in the name of my company?

Yes. You only have to check the option “company” in personal data and tax data cover you ordered.

Returns in PuroBoho

How should I do to return an item?

The easiest way is to return an item by contacting us at pedidos@puroboho.com. All products must be in perfect condition with your bill intact. You must take responsibility for the cost of returning the goods. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Once we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and we will refund of the returned items. Note that in the case of returns by mail, PuroBoho will not accept parcels on delivery or cash on delivery and shipping costs or refund is not paid. We recommend using transport services which will ensure the value of the goods that are going to return or to get a proof of shipment.

What is the deadline to make a return?

For any return of an item, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Do I have to pay any return charges?

Returns have no surcharge at PuroBoho, but keep in mind that you have to send it to the shipping facilities by yourself.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive your refund the same way you made the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned items are approved, (items must be in perfect condition and have all internal labels), you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount is credited to your account within days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depend on your bank.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

In case of incorrect refund, please contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Please note that PuroBoho reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I exchange my items?

Yes, you can exchange them. You must request a refund and make a new purchase online for a different item, we will refund the amount through the same payment method you used in purchasing the item you want to change.
