Shopping at puroboho.com is very easy. Just follow a few simple steps:

1. Select the product you want to buy.

4. In case you would like to make the payment, you can either register as a user or continue without registration.

In what countries can you shop?

You can shop online worldwide. You simply have to take into account the shipping costs and the possibility of having to pay customs fees and import fees.

Do I need to create an account to shop in your online store?

No, but opening an account will allow you to place orders without having to fill in all your data every time you shop with us, and it will give you benefits such as order tracking, periodic newsletters and exclusive discounts and special offers. You can register before buying, or you can start buying directly and open the account when you have already chosen your items, as it suits you.

Shipments in PuroBoho

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipments in peninsular territory will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days. Keep in mind that the delivery times for the Balearic Islands are approximately 48 hours longer than in the rest of the Peninsula and that the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have special regimes.
Express shipments in the Peninsula will be from 24 to 48 hours at most.
The cost of shipping to the Peninsula is FREE from €50 and your order will be sent through the private courier service Tipsa or Fedex in most cases. Your order will be delivered at any time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Will I have to pay customs and import fees?

In countries belonging to the European Union, you will not have to pay any type of adunas tax or import tariffs. In countries not members of the European Union or countries/regions with a special tax regime if they should do so. Any customs or import tax is charged once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you what the cost will be, since customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country.
We suggest that in case of doubt you contact your local customs office to know the current charges before placing your order, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges.

What is the process of delivery at home or workplace?

If you have chosen home delivery or at your workplace, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with a link to the website of the courier company) and finally the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of your order.

Can I follow the status of my order?

Yes, through “my account” in orders placed you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email to follow up.

Can I remove any items from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order, as long as the status of it allows it. Keep in mind that our system is synchronised with the computer system of the courier company, at the time a purchase is validated, the courier company is automatically notified so that they can pick up the sold product. Therefore, please contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com as soon as possible.

What should I do if I get a defective item?

We check the status of our items before they are shipped, so if, exceptionally you get a garment with some tare, contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com.

I have not received all the items from my purchase. What do I do?

Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to that item and the shipping costs of your order in the same payment method used in the purchase.
If you have not received any email, please contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet

If your purchase has not yet arrived and the delivery time has passed, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse. If after this delivery time you have not received the items of your purchase, contact us at pedidos@puroboho.com Keep in mind that in the period of discounts or promotions, the delivery times may be longer.

Do the items with the indication “sold out” are repeated?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock, we would remove it from the website.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, but keep in mind that most of our products are made with artisanal processes in which there could be a minimal difference in the finish.

Payments in PuroBoho

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have Paypal to make the payment of your purchase in PuroBoho. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to pay, and you can always do it with your card.

Purchase limit

For security reasons, purchases of more than €1,500 or more than 40 items cannot be made.

Why can my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
  • Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

Can I get an invoice on behalf of my company?

Yes. You just have to mark the “company” option in personal data and cover the tax data we ask you for.

Returns in PuroBoho

How should I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to contact pedidos@puroboho.com The garments must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding invoice. You must be responsible for the costs of returning the merchandise. The returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and refund the returned garments. Keep in mind that in the case of returns by postal mail, PuroBoho will not accept shipments due or cash on delivery and that shipping or return costs will not be paid.
We recommend that you use a transport service that assures you the value of the merchandise you are going to return or that you obtain proof of the shipment.

What is the deadline to be able to make a return?

For any return of an item, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns do not have any surcharge from PuroBoho, but keep in mind that the shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by you.

How will I receive the amount of my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase.

When will I receive the amount of my refund?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

By contacting us through pedidos@puroboho.com, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Please note that PuroBoho reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I change my items?

Yes, you can change them. You must request a return and make a new online purchase for a different item, we will refund the amount through the same payment method you used in the purchase of the item you want to exchange.
